Enrollment requires five things:
- Completion of a registration form (obtainable in the office)
- Understanding and acceptance of the gym policies (.doc / .pdf)
- Completion of a waiver of liability (.doc / .pdf)
- Payment of an annual registration fee of $20 (Aug to Aug) - see below
- Payment of class fees
For technical reasons, karate enrollment and team enrollment must be paid independently. All other classes plus the registration fee will operate by adding the payment too your shopping cart. You can then proceed to add other payments and review your payments before checking out.
