Flexibility, power, grace, agility, coordination, endurance, resilience. Do you think of these attributes when you think of a gymnast? We do. In addition to the great satisfaction that comes from performing challenging skills, we strive to develop these qualities in each of our students. Our wide range of classes enables a student to begin at just about any level and age.
- Parent/Tot Time (Ages 2-3) (30 minutes)
This class will give you that much desired one-on-one time with your child. You will learn to safely stretch and exercise with your child, play games, run obstacle courses and, of course, learn some basic tumbling skills.
- Tumbleweeds (Ages 3-5) (45 minutes)
This introductory class will help your youngster not only learn some of the basics in gymnastics but also socialization skills. We will use a variety of exercises and games to teach, motivate and have fun with your child.
- Tumble Time (Recreational Beginner Gymnastics - Ages 5+) (50 minutes)
This class is for students looking for an enjoyable recreational past time. We will focus on what the students enjoy doing in the gym. We won't utilize progress charts in this class, but we will incorporate games. This is a great choice for exercise and fun.
- Flipping Fun (Recreational Intermediate Gymnastics) (90 minutes)
This class is designed toward the gymnast that has the abilities and talents needed for the intermediate class but may not want to compete.
- Cheer Tumble Classes/Cheernastics (Ages 14+)
