Flexibility, power, grace, agility, coordination, endurance, resilience. Do you think of these attributes when you think of a gymnast? We do. In addition to the great satisfaction that comes from performing challenging skills, we strive to develop these qualities in each of our students. Our wide range of classes enables a student to begin at just about any level and age.

  • Beginner I (Ages 4-6) (50 minutes)
This class will emphasize safety and proper technique of beginner tumbling skills. Class will include rolls, cartwheels, bridges and beginning handstands. Students will also be introduced to the various events in the gym (beam, bars, trampoline and vault).
  • Beginner II (Ages 7+ or Instructor Approval) (55 minutes)
This class will continue with safety training and technique of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs and handstands. We will work extensively on big backbend kick-overs. Additional time will be spent on the various events equipment.
  • Intermediate (Instructor Approval - must have independent kick over) (90 minutes)
Out intermediate class will introduce students to new skills including standing handsprings and tucks in the pit. They will graduate to the spring floor where they can link their tumbling skills. Review of line work will continue in this class.
  • Advanced (Instructor Approval) (120 minutes)
Once a student can consistently and correctly demonstrate handsprings and combinations, they may be eligible for the advanced class.
  • Team (150 minutes)
Team practice is for those students who are ready and desiring to train for gymnastics competitions.
